Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing effective behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with developmental disabilities

- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles

- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians

- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior interventions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records

- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities

- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

- Proficient in data collection and analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations

- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
